What to bring
- Pool noodles (one colour per team, cut into halves and quarters)
- Disposable cups (1 per person)
Before the session
- Buy pool noodles in a different colour for each team
- Cut the noodles into halves and quarters, one of each per player
How to play
Split into two to four teams and give every player a half pool noodle and a quarter pool noodle in their team colour. Each player balances a disposable cup on the shorter piece. On 'go', players swat at other teams' cups while keeping their own in place. A player whose cup falls is out, and the last team with cups standing wins. Give teams time between rounds to strategise and try different modes. A good variation is to give only one player per team a cup, so the rest of the team has to defend them.
