What to bring
- Foods to taste (three to five, in small amounts)
- Disposable cups (one per food)
- Blindfolds (one per taste tester)
Before the session
- Check the group for allergies and dietary requirements before choosing the food
- Keep the packaging so ingredients can be checked on the spot
- Set the foods out in cups while the tasters are out of the room
How to play
Send three or four volunteers out of the room. While they are gone, set out a range of foods in disposable cups along a table. Bring the tasters back in and blindfold them a good distance from the table, then walk them along it one cup at a time and have them guess what they have eaten. A prize goes to anyone who names the lot. Save the strangest food for last, because the reaction is the bit the group came for.
