How to play
Everyone chooses an animal beginning with the same letter as their name (Zoe the zebra, Eric the elephant) and invents an action to go with it, like an elephant's trunk or a monkey scratching. Go around the circle once so everyone performs their own name and action. Then start the game: one person does their name and action, followed by somebody else's name and action. That person does theirs, then passes to someone new. See how long the group can keep going without a mistake or collapsing into laughter. The action gives everyone a physical hook for remembering names.
