How to play
Sit in a circle. The first person says 'Hi, I'm [name], I'm going on a holiday and I'm bringing a...' finishing with an object that starts with the same letter as their name. The next person says their own name, repeats the previous person's name and item, then adds their own. Each person recites the full list before adding to it, so it gets steadily harder as you go around. Encourage everyone to choose something they genuinely enjoy, because the items end up telling you as much about people as the names do. Unlike I'm Going on a Train and I'm Going to an Island, there's no secret rule to work out here. The challenge is purely memory.
